Rachel deftly navigates a very matrixed and complicated role. She consistently shows up with a strong executive presence. She remains focused on her top priorities and the most meaningful initiatives, and advocates clearly for her time & involvement
She has consistently shown that she is willing to jump into projects, ask intelligent questions, and then follow through with deliverables. I’ve been impressed by her talent to think strategically about solutions, both in helping us frame up goals for sales communications, but also in delivering those communication solutions and delivering thoughtful results/metrics.
I admire the fact that you took projects head-on with minimal direction and were able to communicate your progress and ask for help when needed. You thrived in an online environment within a complex business as a new employee to Boston Scientific.
Rachel Kuehn has been my co-worker in the Urology division for nearly two years. In those two years not only has she demonstrated her competence, dependability, and resourcefulness, but she has become one of my favorite collaborators. She has done this by meeting every deadline (usually the first one to do so), finding solutions in situations where others are confused or see only problems, and rising to difficult occasions with grace, professionalism, and a willingness to lean in.
